Macaron Conclusion

So this week we’re talking about the amazing, and naturally GLUTEN FREE, French cookies - the MACARON! We’re not talking about the other cookies that have two OO’s but are actually a TOTALLY different cookies. The macaron is FRENCH and is pronounced VERY differently. Macarons are SO French they even invented another word to describe the state of making a MACARON where the batter is smooth, shiny and FLOWING: MACARONAGE!
