This WFH (that’s Where’s Fritz’s Harmonica, right? Or is it Waiting For Harmony?) virtual world can have us hunching down, over, and into our screens. And while it’s cold outside, gyms are closed, and we maybe don’t have the energy (or time) to leave our desks (the term “desks” including kitchen tables, dining room tables, and cardboard boxes we’ve set up in the laundry room), it is possible to do five minutes of yoga RIGHT FROM OUR CHAIRS.
