Mmh, there is a glitch. We have entered the code for the first puzzle and redeemed it, but the next two clues don't get unlocked. Instead, it skips to the 4th clue. We solved the ones that were unlocked, but two remain locked for us.

For the first clue I just seem to don’t get it, I tried many times, but I still don’t get it
