AAPAC Artsy Stroll

Forget Treetown—Ann Arbor ought to be called Art City! This badge will prove just that as it leads you through Downtown Ann Arbor, with codes located at three of the fabulous public art pieces within the City of Ann Arbor’s public art collection supported by the Ann Arbor Public Art Commission.

The Ann Arbor Public Art Commission (AAPAC) is an advisory body to the City Council with the goal of creating public art in Ann Arbor that improves the aesthetic quality of public spaces and structures and provides cultural and recreational opportunities that contribute to local heritage, stimulate the economy and promote the general welfare of the community.

This badge will require walking approximately five city blocks and occurs completely outdoors.

On the corner of 4th Ave and Washington, locate the Summer Game Code in the window of the parking structure staircase.…..
I looked for it for 20 mins but I couldn’t find it.

I also looked in the window at the parking structure at 4th and washington. perhaps someone removed the code

Hello all!! I spoke with the folks at AAPAC and the code will be replaced this afternoon. Thank you for being patient with us!!

It's official! The code has been put back up. Thank you for your patience as we corrected this!!

I went yesterday and no one really seemed to know what I was talking about with the Lipari code

Hi there! Literati Bookstore is not associated with this badge but we did use their location to orient you towards the last code, which is on the corner of Liberty and Main. Is that helpful?

Just a heads up — the code on the traffic box has come untaped and seems like it’ll blow away in the wind. I put a rock on top but hopefully someone can tape it more securely!

Might be missing something, but the code in the parking structure right now is the same as the code on the box by Starbucks. But you only get credit once…

I’m having the same experience—the code on the painted box and code on the parking structure are the same, so I can’t complete the badge.

I also had the same experience that the traffic box and parking structure had the same code today

I went looking for all these codes on Sunday and thought I had earned the badge because the parking structure and near Starbucks had the same code. So I wasn't awarded the badge.

Hi, I was able to find and enter all of the codes...but didn't receive the badge. It's acting like I didn't enter the City Hall code.
