UMMA Art Safari
This summer, look and learn at the U-M Museum of Art and earn a Summer Game badge! To complete this badge, you'll have to travel to the University of Michigan Museum of Art at 525 S State St., 48109. As you wander through the galleries, take time to see, think, connect, and question the four artworks featured in this fun scavenger hunt!
This badge is available when the UMMA galleries are open (Tuesday & Wednesday 11am-5pm; Thursday & Friday 10am-8pm; Saturday & Sunday 11am-8pm; Closed Mondays and July 4).
UMMA is fully accessible and admission is always free – find visitor and parking information here.
Begin at the accessible entrance (no stairs) that faces State St. and says "Maxine and Stuart Frankel and Frankel Family Wing" above the doors.
You'll probably need the hints for this one, so check them out below to help you find the codes at the museum!

Was wondering about the extremely subjective answers- glad to find codes on some walls, hidden away!
Sorry this one gave you trouble! We emailed with some help. Thanks for playing :)
I entered in the first one and it says I already redeemed it, but I haven’t earned the badge
I entered the first code and it says I redeemed it, but I haven’t earned the badge. Can you help me?
Good morning! There are three other codes that must be entered to earn this badge. If you have any trouble with them, do let us know!
Had a lot of fun with this badge! Always good to occasionally take a stroll around UMMA to see some fantastic works of art by amazing artists.
Hi we visited on 7/5 and there was a wedding after party in the area where the last two codes were. Is there anyway we can discover what they are or be told?
Hi there! We just sent you some help to the email address associated with your account! Be on the lookout and thank you for playing!! :)
"Begin at the accessible entrance (no stairs) that faces State St. and says "Maxine and Stuart Frankel and Frankel Family Wing" above the doors. There's a big brown abstract metal sculpture right outside the doors. " There used to be a brown sculpture years ago, but now it's been replaced with a white one. "Behind the Walls" by Jaume Plensa
We updated the instructions. Thanks!
Today I went to UMMA and after successfully finding the first 3 codes discovered that someone has taken down the last one. I searched the whole area around where the hint led me and nothing was found.
Oh no!! We'll send you some help with that last code via email! :)
Thanks for playing!!!
