Spinach Salad

2 pkgs. fresh spinach, washed drained, stemmed, torn into small pieces
1/3 c. oil
2 T. vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Salt and pepper
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 T. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
Paprika, parsley

Marinate onion in dressing, pour over spinach and bacon, decorate with egg, parsley, paprika.
