The Mysterious Wolf
Gary wasn’t a very glum dog. In fact, he was a very excited dog. He loved being free ever since that natural disaster as the humans called it. It’s just the feeling of wind in his fur as he whizzes around the trees so fast that by the time he looks back those trees are long gone.
One day he saw a lone wolf standing in the sunlight. Gary himself a very careful dog decided to avoid him so he walked away. A little while later he saw the wolf again. He decided to say hi this time. When he said hi the wolf lunged at him then everything went black. Splash! Gary jerked awake “Doggy wake up!” shouted a baby next to him then a Bichon Frise padded over. “Bonjour, Je m’appelle Jacque parlez-vous francais?” He said, “Non?” Gary replied, “Do, you, speak, anglais?” “Oui, so you want to know what happened?” He asked, “Uuuh, yeah?” Gary answered.
“So, me and my humans were walking down the sidewalk and suddenly we came upon an injured Labrador that was you...” “I know that!” Gary said. “Anyway, we thought we should go take you to the vet and you needed 11 stitches! then the vet said you needed to rest so we took you home, but you didn’t wake up until we poured water on you and that's pretty much what happened.
The next day they decided to go looking for the wolf, suddenly, there he was that lone wolf. “Oh mon diel, il est enorme!” yelped Jacque. The wolf turned and bared it’s teeth.”Je veux ma maman!”Jacque yelped as he backed away shivering. Then the wolf started towards them.
Then the wolf tried to pounce but missed “Nous allons tous mourir!” Jacque yelped as he turned and ran away with Gary and the wolf not far behind. When Jacque and Grey had dashed home, Jacque started scratching the door yelling “Jacque veut en!”and repeatedly looking back making sure the wolf isn't gaining. Around the 50ith time Jacque looked back the wolf was only a few square feet away!” Nous allons tous mourir!” shouted Jacque once again. Then a miracle happened the door flew open.” come on in” a human said. Grey and Jacque bounded in. “What is it?” asked the human. It looked outside. “Holy cow!” yelled the human as he slammed the door. “you guys were lucky that thing was huge!”
“Waaaaaa! Come on look what you did you woke the baby!” Yelled an obviously angry human from the top of the stairs. “gee, sorry I didn’t mean to...” the accused human tried to say but was rudely interrupted by the angry human who said.” well you could've been quieter.” “But I was trying to be quiet, but...” the angry human cut off the accused human. “but, but, enough with the excuses!”.
“Let's get out of here! said Jacque “I don’t like when the humans fight, c’est effrayant!” Jacque and Gary dashed around the corner and bounded up the stairs carefully avoiding the angry human of which was still bellowing things like.” It took me HOURS and HOURS to put her to sleep! And you start yelling and woke her up!”
