Commissioner Groff Leaves Office

Washington City, March 25.- Commissioner Groff, of the general land office, whose resignation has been accepted by the president with fifteen days leave of absence, wat at his office yesterday and ïeld an informal reception which was atended by every clerk and messenger atached to the office. Mr. Grofl will leave his city for California next Saturday to engage in private business.
