Washington City, March 25. - The secetary of the treasury yesterday signed a warrant for $646,958, the amount found lúe tlie statp oí Missouri under the bill oL ast session refunding the amount of the direct tax of 1861 to the states and territories. The warrant was sent to the governor of Missouri.
