The Labor Trouble At Rochester

Rochkster, N. Y., March 31. - About 40 per cent of the regular forcé of cutt ts were at work yesterday. There are many destitute families of tailors in consequence of the lock-out. The clothing factories were throngcd with tailors yesterday morninu seeking for work. There was none for them, owiug to the .searcity of tutters.
