Wilcox all that ci-rtain piece, or parcel of land situuto in the town8hlpof Augusta in the county o t Washtenaw and State of Michigan, described as followstowit: "The south half of the easthalf of the north-east quarter of section thlrtysix," to secure the purchaee money of said doscribed lauda. 8aid mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said oounty on the 29th day of May, 1885, in liber 65 of mortgages on page 497. Befault has been made in the conditions of said mortgage by the non-payment of the moneys due thereon by whion the power ot sale therein contained has become oporative. There is now claimcd to be due and unpaid on said mortgage the sum of eight hundred and elgbty-six and 90-100 dollars and no proceedings at law or in chancery have been instituted to recover the same or any part thereof. Notice Is therefore hereby given, that by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage contained and of the statute in such case made and provided, I shall sell the said premises above and in said mortgage described at public auotion to the ighest bidder on Saturday the 20th day of une, 1891, at the south front door of the Court louse, iu the city of Ann Arbor in said ounty, to make and satiefy the amount then ue on said mortgage, the cost and charges of lis foreclosure and sale and twenty-flve ollare attorney fee as provided for In said mortgage. Buss and Lydia lorninK are delendants.
