Between Citizens And Republicans

Lincoln, Neb.,April 8- The city electiou passed off quietly, and a large vote was polled. At 1 o'clock a. m. the returns were incomplete, but the indicaticras are that Weir, Citizens, is elected mayor. The Republicana elect the balance of the city officers. They also elect four out of seven councilmen, the remaining three in doubt.
