Wilcox all that sértelo pieee, or parcel ol' land sitúate in the townshipof Augusta in the countv of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, deseribed as follows to wit: '-The south half of the east half of the north-east quarter of section thirtysix," to secure the purchase money of said described lands. Said mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said county on the 29th day of May, 1885, in Uber 65 of mortgages on page 497. Default has been made in the conditions of said niorttfa.fto by the non-payment of the moneys due thereon by which the power ot sale thereln contained has become operativo. There is now claimed to be due and unpaid on said mortgage the sum of eight hundred and eighty-gix and 90-100 dollars and no proceedlngs atlaw or In chancery havo been instltuted to recover the same or any part thereof. Notice Is therefore hereby given, that by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage contained and of the stature in such case made and provlded, I shall sell the said premisos above and in said mortgage described at public auction to the highest bidder on Saturday the 20th day of June, 1891, at the south front door of the Court House, in the city of Ann Arbor in said county, to make and satisfy the amount then due on said mortgage, the cost and charges of this foreclosure and 6ale and twenty-flvö dollars attorney fee as provided lor in said mortgage. D. 1890, in a certaln cause therein pending, wherein Frederick Laubengayer, is complainant and John Gottlieb Horning Catherine Horning-, William p, Buss and Lydia Horning are detendants.
