Chicago, April 15. - The election commissioners yesterday cauvassed the returns on mayor froui eight wards. Little dilïerence from the pólice returns was found in aDy until the Seveuth precinct oí the Ninth ward was reached and here it was discovered that the pólice had given Cregier Washburne's vote and vice versa. The correction of this mada a gain of 104 votes for Washburne. The Demócrata, however, said they knew this before, aud continue to assert that the couac will elect Ciegier.
