Death Of A $50,000 Stallion

BüFFALO, N. Y., April 13.- Prince Regent, the famou3 trotting stallion, died rom bronchial pneumonía Saturday night at the Village Farm atables. Prince tegent was owued by Charles J. Hamlin, he noted turfman. A short time ago Senator Stanford, of California, offered It. Hamlin $50,000 for the stallion, but t was refused. Prince Regent made a record of 2:16X last year, and was the argest winner of purses in tb e grand circuit.
