The Grip In New York
New York, April 13.- During the past lorty-eight hours forty persons died from rip symptoms. Nineteen were males ind twenty-one females. Twenty cases showed marked pneumonía symptoms. The ages ranged from 6 months to 85 years. At 5 o'clock Monday morning Louis Wilhelm, a cabinet maker, killed himself'by jumping from the fifth story wind ow at 521 First avenue while in delirium caused by an attack of la grippe.
