Wileox all that eertain piece, or paicel of land sitúate in the township of Augusta in the county of Washtenaw and State f Michigan, described as followstowit: '-The south half of the east half of the north-east quarter of seetion thirtysix," to secure the purebase money of said deseribed lands. Said mortgage vas recorded in the oilice of the Register of Deods in and for said oounty on the 2Uth day of May, 1885, in liber 05 of mortgages on page 497. Default has been made in the conditions of said mortgage by the non-payment of the moneys due thereon by which the power ot sale therein contained has becorne operativo. There is now clairned to be due and unpaid on said mortgage the sum of eight hundred and eighty-six and 90-100 dollars and no proceedings atlaw or in chancery have been instituted to recover the same or any part thereof. Notice is therefore hereby given, that by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage contained and of the statute in such case made and provided, I shall sell the said premises above and in said mortgage described at public auction to the highest bidder on Saturday tho 20th day of June, 1891, at the south front door of the Court House, in the city of Ann Arbor in said county, to make and satisfy the amount then due on said mortgage, tlie cost and charges of this foreclosure and sale and twenty-flve dollars attorney fee as proviiled for iii said mortgage. .
