Quite a sensation was created last night by a band of white-robed men, presumably students, who were parading the streets headed by a drum corps. Nobody seemed to know who they were. They marched along State street and up Washington to the oíd cemetery, where they suddenly disappeared. It is thought that they were a squad of junior laws celebrating their victory over the senior laws. They were followed by a crowd of about 200 students shouting the U. of M. yell. A rush was attempted, but as the whiterobed band was armed with stout clubs, the crowd stopped before a fight was precipitated.
