Kansas Citt, April 29- John Lloyd, a dry goods merehant at 1,002 and 1,004 Main street, and Lloyd & Brace, dry goods, 1,501 West Twelíth street, of which firm John Lloyd is also a memoer, made an assignment yesterday to William Allbriton for the benefit of creditors. It, isstated that the assets, about $70,000, will exceed the liabilities.
