Postponement Of The Behring Sea Case
Washington City, April 27.- In the supreme court of the United States Monday Chief Justice Fuller announced that owing to the illness of Justice Bradley, the hearing oí the argumenta in tha Behring Sea case and the lottery case would be postponed until October 19, as owing to the importance of the cases, it was desirable that tne arguments should be heard by a full bench. It is hardly possible that the case brought to test the constitutionality of the McKinley tariff law will be reached soon. There were no decisions in the electrocution cases of Jueiro and Wood.
