Chancery Notice. STATE OF MICHIGAN, THE CIKCUIT f or the Countv of Washtenaw, in Chancery. Jamos 8. Schoonhoven, Complainant, va. Miunie 8choonhoven, Defendant. Washtenaw Countv, 68. Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw, in Chancery, on the tho 24th day of April 1891. In this cause, it appearing from afBdavlt on flle, that the defendant, Minnie Schoonhoven, does not reside in this State, but resides in the State of Illinois, on motion of Densmore Cramer, solicitor for the complainant, it is ordered, that the said defondant, Minnie Schoonhoven, cause her nppearance to be entered herein witnin four-months from the date of this order, and in case of her appearance, that she cause her answer to the complainant's bill of complaint to be flled in this cause, and a copy thereof to be served on oomplainant's solicitor within twenty days af ter service upon her of a copy of said bill and notice of this order, and that in default thereof said bill be takeu as confessed by the suid non-resident defendant. And it is further ordered, that within twenty days, the said complaiuant causo a notice of this order to be published in tlie Ann Abbor Argüs, a newspaper printed, published and eirculating in said county, and that eaid publication be continued therein at least once in each week, for six weeks in suecession, or that he cause a copy of this order to be personaliy sorved on said defendaut at least twenty days before the time above prescribed for her appearance. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Denison R. Jenks, deceased. On readlng and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Charles D. Jenks, praying that adininistration of said estáte may be granted to himself and Ann Francés Zinckeor some other guitable persen. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 2Sth day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petitiOD, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons intereated in said eetate, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, If any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
