In this cause, it appearfng from affidavit on Ie, that the defendant, Minnie Schoonhoven, oes not reside in thi9 State, but resides In the State of Illinois, on motion of Densmore Cramer, solicitor for the complainant, it is ordered, that the said defendant, Minnie Schoonhoven, cause her appearauce to be entered herein within four monihs frora the date of this order, and in case of her appearanco, that 8he cause her answer to the complainant'R bill of complaint to be filed In this cause, and a copy thereof to be served on oomplainant's solicitor within twenty days afier service upon her of a copy of said bil! and notice of this order, and that in default thereof said bill be taken as confes3ed by the said nou-resideut defendant. At a session of the Probate Court, for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Otüee In the City of Ann Arbor, on Saturday, the 25th dav of April, in the year one thousand eight nundred and ninety-one. Present, J. Willard Babbltt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Denison E. Jenks, deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Charles D. Jenks. praying that administration of said estáte may be granted to hmiself and Ann Francés Zincke or some other sultable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 2ñth day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons Interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Ollice, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner snould not be granted.
