The Ypsilanti Y. M. C. A. Incorporated

The Ypsilanti Young Men's Christian Association filed articles of incorporation in the county clerk's office yesterday. The objects of the association are stated to be "the improvement of the spiritual, intellectual and social and physical ,conditions of young men, the dissemination of the truths of the Christian religión, the establishment and maintenance of grounds and buildings, gymnasiums, baths, libraries, reading rooms, and such other means as shall be deemed necessary to further the aims of said association. Neither tobáceo nor intoxicating beverages shall at any time be sold on or within property belonging to said association." Membership is restricted to males over sixteen years of age who are members in good standing of any evangelical church.
