New York, May 9. -A special to The World f rom Nashua, N. H.,-eays thatthe Bay State Shoe Fastening company has been wrecked. The treasnry of the company is depleted and $147,000 is unaccounted for. For three years past the company has been payiag a 10 per cent. dividend, but investigation shows that BTery cent of it carne out of the capital stock.
