Schoonhoven, Complainant, vs. i nie Schoonhoven, Defendant. i Washtonaw Countv, ss. i Suit pending in the Circuit Court for tho ( Countv of Washtenaw. in Chancery, on the i the 24th day of April 1891. i In thiscauBG, it appearing from affldaviton i file, that the defendant, Minnie Schoonhoven, does not renide in this State, but resides in the Statts of Illinois, on tnotion of Densmore Cramer, solicitor for the complainant, it is ordered, that the said defendant, Minnie Schoonhoven, cause her appearance to be entered herein within four months from the date of this order, and in case of her appearance, that she cause hor answer to the complainant's bill of complalnt to be filed in this cause, and a copy thereof to be served on oomplainant's , solicitor within twenty daye after service upon hèr of a copy of said bil! and notice of this order, and that in default thereof said bill be laken as confessed by the said non-resident defendant. And it is further ordered, that within twenty days. the said complainant cause a notice of this order to be published in the Akn Akbor Argus, a newspaper printed, published and circulating in said county, and that caid publication be continued theretn at least once in each week, for bíx weeks in succession, or that he cause a copy of this order to be personally served on said defendant at least twenty days before the time above prescribed for her appearance. Ata session of the Probate Court, for the County ot VVashtenaw, holden at the Probate OtBce in the City of Ano Arbor, on Saturday, the 25th day of April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Denison R. Jenks, deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly verlfled, of Charles D. Jenks, praying that administration of said estáte may be granted to himselfandAnn Francés Zincke or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the 25th day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
