Not To Be Prosecuted

The Board of Health, in their annual report to the council last evening stated that the city is free from contagious diseases. It again urged action by the council to remove the slaughter houses from their present location to a poirtt outside the city limits and to prevent the dumping of rubbish on the streets and grass plots. It also urged that the burning of leaves in :he street should be stopped, as inurious to the eyes and a serious drawback to health and comfort. It :ouched upon the speed of the street cars.
