Wilcox all that certain pieee, or pareel of land sitúate in the township of Augusta in the county of Waslitenaw and State of Michigan, deseribed as followstowit: "The south half of the east half of the north-east quarter of section thirtysix," to secure the purchase money of said described lands. Said mortirage was recorded in the office of the llegisterof Deeds in aud for said county on the 29th day of May, 1885, in liber 65 of ïnortgageö on page 497. Default has been made in the conditions of said mortgage by the non-payment of the rnoneys due thereon by which the power ot sale therein contained has become operativa. There is now claimed to be due and uupaid on said mortgage the sum of eight hundrod and eighty-six and 90-1Ü0 dollars and no proeeedings at law or ín chancery have been instituted to recover the same or any part thereof. Notice is therefore hereby given, that by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage contained and of the statute in such case made and provided, ] shall sell the said premises above and in said mortgage described at public auction to the highest bidder on Saturday the 15th day o August, 1891, at one o'cloek In the after neon at the south front door of the Cour House, in the city of Ann Arbor in eaid county, to make and satisfy the amount then due on said mortgage, the cost and charges of this foreclosure and sale and twenty-flve dollars attoruey fee as provided for in said mortgage.
