Schoonhoven, Cotnplainant, vs. Minnie Schoonhoven, Defendant. Washtenaw County, ss. Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw, in Chancery, on the he 24th day of April 1891. In this cause, it appearing f rom affldavit on lle,that thedefendant, Minnie Schoonhoven, loes not reside in this State, but resides in the jtate of Illinois, on motion of Densmore iramer, solicitor for the complainant, it is ordered, that the said defendant. Miunie Schoonïoven, cause her appearance to be entered hereln within four monihs f rom the date of his order, and in case of her appearance, that he cause her answer to the complainant's bill of complaiut to be flled in this causo, and a opy thereof to be served on oomplalnant's olicitor within twenty days ntïer service upoa her of a copy of said bil! and notico of his order, and that in default thereof said bill e takea as confessed by the eaid non-resident defendant.
