Chicago, June 2.- The judicial elections iu this state yesterday did not bring out very much of a vote, and partisanship was at a discount. Indications are that in the Mount Vernon district the Democratie candidates are elected. Same way in the ïhird district; Fourth district, Republican; Fifth, Democratie; Sixth, ditto; Beventh, ditto; Eighth, uncertain; Ninth, Republican; Tenth, Glenn, Suiith, and Pleasant elected; Eleventh, Kepublican; Twelfth, Republican; Thirteenth, RepubIican.
