Schoonhoven, Complainant, vs. Minnie Schoonhoven, Defendant. Washtenaw Countv, 88. Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the Countv of Washtenaw, in Chancery, od the the 24th day of April 1891. In this cause, it appearlnfr f rom aflidavit on rile, that the defendant, Minnte Schoonhoven, does uot reBide in thia State, but resides in the State ot' Illinois, on motion of Densmore Cramer, solicitor for the complainant, it is ordered, that the suid defendant, Minnie Schoonhoven, cause her appearauce to be entered herein within four moneas trom the dau of this order, and in' case of her appearance, that she cause her auswer to the eomplainant's bill of complaint to be flled in this cause, and a copy thereof to be served on oomplainant's solicitor within twenty days after service upon her of a copy of said bil! and notice of this order, and that in default thereof said bill be takeH as confessed by the said non-resident defendant.
