President Angelí was in Kansas City, this week. J. C. Watts, of Saginaw, is visiting his farnlly. ' George H. Pond is visiting in Noble, Brancli county. Rev. Max Hein is attending the conference in Sagina w. Congressrnan Byron G. Stout, of Pontiae was in the city yesterday. Dr. and Mrs. Jackson have been at the Oakland Hotel for a couple of weeks. Mr8. Frank Blanchard will go to Detroit, tomorrow, to spend a few days with Mrs. Robert Frazer. Mrs. Paullne Gregg, Mrs. C. J. Keteham and Miss Elizabeth Gregg are visiting Mrs. W. D. Adams. George Grossman, of Saginaw, was in the city, Wednesday, to be present TVt the marriage of City Clerk Miller. Hon. and Mr. Alfred Russell attended the memorial exercises held by the Webster la-w society, last Friday evening. Mrs. H. J. Brown and family will leave for Old Mission, next week, where they have rented a cottage for the slimmer. Dr. and Mrs. Chadborne, accompanied by Mrs. Chadborne's sister, Miss Armstrong, leave for the East, to-day. Dr. Chadborne will lócate in Syracuse. Dr. and Mrs. D. A. MacLaehlan left for Atlantic City, N. J., yesterday. Dr. MacLaehlan attends the meeting of the international medical congress and will read a paper before it. Dr. Guy De Puy and daughter, Anna, of Jamestown, Dakota, are visiting his mother on Maynard street. Mrs. Frank Russel of Jackson, was the guest of Miss Dora McCollum, last Wedne8day.
