On reading and nünL the petition, dulv verified, of Fredrich Wursttr, guardián, praying that he m.iy be licensed to sell'cerïain real estáte belonffing to said minors. Schoonhoven, Complainant, vs. Minnip Schoonhoven, Del'endant. Washtenaw County, 6S. Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw, in Chancery, on the the 24tn day of April 1891. In this cause, H appenringr from allidavit on file, that thedefendant, Minnie Schoonhoven, does not reilde in this State, but resides in the StatO of Illinois, on motion of Densmore Cramer, solicitor for the couiplainant, it is ordered, that the said defendant, Minnie Schoonhoven, cause her appearance to be entered horein wlthln four months from the date of this order, and in case of her appearance, that she cause her angwer to the complainant's Wil of complaint to be flled In this cause, and a copy thereof to be served on complainant's solicitor within twenty days after service upon her of a copy of sa'd bill and notioe of this order, and that In default thereof said bill be laken as confessed by the said non-resident defendant. Wiloox all that oertain pieoe, or paroel of :land sitúate in the townshipof Augusta in the county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, described as folowstowit: "The south half of the eaathalf of the north-east quarter of section thirtysix " to secure the purohase money of said descrlbed lands. Said mortgage was recorded n the office of the Register of Deedg in and , 'or said county On the 29th day of May, 1885, in llber 65 of mortgages on page 497. Default has aeen made In the conditions of said mortgage Dy the non-payment of the moneys due thereon by which the power ot sale therein contained has become operativo. Tbere is now claimed to be due and unpaid on said mortgage the sum of eight hundred and eighty-six ind 90-100 dollars and no proceedings atlaw or in chancery have been institutcd to recover the saine or any part thereof . Notice is therefore horeby given, that by virtue of the power of sale in said mortgage contained and of the statute in such case made and provided, l shall sell the said premises above and in said mortgage deseribed at public auotion tó the highest bidder on Saturday the loth day of August, 1891, at one o'clock In the atterueon at the south front door of the Court House, in the city of Ann Arbor in said county, to make and satisfy the amount then due on said mortgage, the cost and charges of this foreclosure and sale and twenty-flve dollars attorney fee as provided for in said mortgage.
