At a session oí the ProbaU Court for the Oounty of Washtenaw, holden atthi Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on Friaay, the twenty-ninth day of May in the jear one thousand eight hundred and ninetvone. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Francis Woodbridge, deceased. On and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Ahce Woodbridge, praying that administra tion of said estáte may be granted to herself or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the twenty-ninth day of Jane, neitt, at ten o clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that tbe heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court then to be holden at the Probate office In the city of Ann Arbor, and shovr eaue, if any there be, why the prayerof the petiüoner should not be granted: And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the pereons interested in said estáte of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing acopyofthia order to be published in the Au ABBoRARGüs.a newspaper 'printed and circuUted m said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Rogers, exeoutor of the last will and testament of said deceased, comes into court aud representa that he is now prepared to render hia flnal account as such executor. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Jndge of Probate, In the matter of the estáte of Edwin A. Peirce, deceased. Charles H. Kempf, 'the administrator, of saii estáte, comes into court and representa that he 13 now prepared to render nis final acconnt as such administrator.
