A Stabbing Affray
George Knoll, of North street was stabbed about eleven o'clock Tuesday night, by Mack Dunlap, a painter, who had been calllng upon a young lady who Uves ia the house occupled by; Knoll, and which is a tenamcnt house. When Dunlap caine to go out the door was locked. Knoll and he became engaged in an altercation witu the result stated. Dunlap came down to look at Kitredge's fire just aiter the affray 'and was arrested. His examin ation was held yesterday. He denied' the stabbing but admitted knocking Knoll down. He claimed that Knoll came at him with' a hammer. He was bound over to the circuit court for'trial, bail beiag iixed at $300. ,
