Estáte of John Gadd. OTATE ÜP MICHIGAN, COTJNTT ►O of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Waahtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the thirtieth dayof June in the year one thousand eight hundred and nioety-one. Present. J. Willard Babbitt, Jndge of Probate, In the matter of the eatate of John Gadd, deceaaed. Charles Gadd, the administrator, of said estáte, comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to render hia final acconnt aa auch administrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 28th day of Jily instant, at ten o'clock in the iorenoon, be aasigned for eyamining and allowing eueh account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased and all other persona intereated in aaid estáte, are required to appear at a Bession of aaid court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ano Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not beallowed: And it la farther ordered, that said administrator gire notice to the penona interested in said estáte, of the pendenoy of said account, and the hearing thereof, by cauaing a copy of this order to be published in the Ass Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and ciroulating in said county, th ree auccessire weeks p reyious to said day ofhearing. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of William Bush, deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Hary M. Bush, praying th'it a eertain instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that adtninistration of said estáte may be granted to herself and John Morton as executor or to some other sultable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Monday, the twenty seTenth day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devlsees. legatees and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested In said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county. three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
