Charles Gadd, the administrator, of said estáte, comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to render hia final acconnt aa auch administrator. Bush, praying th'it a eertain instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that adtninistration of said estáte may be granted to herself and John Morton as executor or to some other sultable person.
