Mrs. Charles Hieber died in Freedom, July 15, of inflammation of the bowels, aged thirty-five yearg. The funeral services were held last Friday. Daniel Pomeroy died in Northville, uly 11, aged ninety-tihree yearg. Mr. Pomeroy settled in Salem, this county, n 1840, when a man of forty-tfwo and esided in that townehip until 1873. He was one of the firsb men to vote tli? free soil ticket in that township, B,nd one of the first) of the republicana. Purlbg his tater years he has voted the prohïbifcion tickert.
