Mortgage SaleOn the .lst day of March, A. D. 1883, John Lynn moityasred to Abner P. Wilcox all that t rtuiii pieflB, or parcel of land sitúate in the townshipof Augusta in the county of Washtenaw and Statt of Michigan, deseribed as followstowit: ■'Ihesouth half of the east half of the norlh-east quarter of section thlrtysix," to secure the purchase money of said deseribed lands. Said mortgage was recorded in the ofliee of the Register of Deeds in and tor said county on the 2Hth day of May, 1885, in liber 65 of mortgages on page 497. Default has been made in the eonditions of said mortgage by ttie non-payment of the moneys due thereon by whleh the power ot sale therein eontained has become operative. There is now elaimed to be due and unpaid on said mortgage the sum of eight hundred and eighty-six and 90-100 dollars and no proceedings atlaw or in ehancery have been instituted to recover the same or any part thereof. Notice is therefore hereby given, that by virtue of the power of sale In said mortgage contained and of the statute in such case made and provided, I shall sell the said promises above and in satd mortgage described t public auction to the highest bidder on Saturday the 15th day of August, 1891, at one o'clock in the afterneon at the south front door of the Oourt House, in the city of Ann Arbor in said Dounty, to maki" and satisfy the amount then ilue on said mortgage, the cost and charges of this foreclosure and sale and twenty-tlve ilollars attorney fee as provided tor in said mortgage.
