That section three of an ordinauce entltled "An Ürdinance Kolative to Stdewalks," approved May 23, lt89. be and the same is hereby auienüed so as to read ns tolows: Seotion 3. AU sidewalks hereafter graded, eonstructed, repaired, or renewed on the folowing named streets and avenues, within the iraits specitled, shall be graded, construeert, repaired or reuewed. as the case may be. with gtone Hairiring, and with and of no other material: that is to say, on Main street between Catherine street and William street; on Fourth avenue between Catherine and Liberty streets; on State street between North and Paekard strfets; on Ann street between Maiu street and Fourth avenue; on Huron street between Ashley and State streets ; on Washington street between Ashley street and Fifth avenue; on Liberty street between Ashley street and Fourth avenue; on the eaat side of Derolt street between Fourth avenue and North street; and alsoon North, Eastaud South UniTersity avenues, adjoining the University campus, Section 2.
