Inspector Clark has now twentyliree hog pens on his hands, which he ays give hirn more trouble than all the ther nuisances in the city. There are 'rom two to thirty pigs in a place. One place visited Monday inorning had wenty-nine pigs. One lady informed ;ne inspector, talking of one of these ens, that the odor was so bad she ould not eat, and that she was bound o have those pigs removed. Six pens were visited Monday which contained nearly fifty hogs. A revisiĆ³n of the rdinance governing the keeping of logs inside the city limits is talked of.
