Rosa Bailey arrived home on Saturday evening from Ann Arbor. G. L. Laraway attended the state fair at Lansing on Thursday of last week. Wm. S. Whipple was reported confined to his bed again on last Saturday. Dr. W. D. Baughn, of Milford, was upon our streets on Wednesday of last week. Several took advantage of the cheap excursión to Put-in-Bay on Wednesday of last week. Miss Jennie Hijbert, of Parma, came on Friday afternoon to spend some time with friends here. The social at the residence of Mrs. O. T. Leiand on Saturday evening was well attended. After supper Mr. and Mrs. Leiand entertained their many guests with a good supply of water and musk meions. A very pleasant time is reported by all present.
