THe annual meeting of the stockliolders of the Ann Arbor & Xpsilanti Street Railway Co. was held at Ypsilanti, Monday, the following directora being elected: H. P. Glover, D. L. Quirk, W. H. Deubel and J. A. Watling, of Ypsilanti; J. T. Jacobs, C. E. Hiscock and J. E. Beal, of Ann Arbor. The board of directors elected the following officers: J. E. Beal, president and general manager; H. P. Glover, viee-president; J. T. Jacobs, secretary; Quirk, treasurer. Robert Reyer was appointed conductor, vice John Milton, resigned.
