The Scio Center School
The following is the report of the Bek Center school, Scio township, for the month ending Oct. 9, 1891: Whole number in attendance, males 13, females 15, total 28; average attendance, males 11, females 13, total 24. The following pupils missed no days during the month: Bertie Booth, Milton Booth, Howard Snyder, Ella Schaffer, Ethel Lyon, Bvereí Lyon, Philinda Dormán, Lewis Booth, Clara Balden, Ida Helber, Clarence Snyder, Bertha Schaffer, Lizzie 3ohaffer. Those absent but one day: Clara Koch, Frankie_ Dixon,' Walter Helber, Bessie Thompson. ' Number qf visitors, 5; among 'them was Mr. A. Lyon, a member of the district school board. Visitors are' always welcome, especially patrons. E. J. STKOH, Teacher. Some of us reserve our best smile or select occasions, as i fwearing it upon all occasions would not improve it.
