The Clerk rcad the following appropriations that paseed the Comruou Couneil: $450 for stone culvert of Iilcli street; $75 to pave alley betweeia Main and Ashley streets and between Washington and Huron-sts. Mr. Mclntyre moved that the Clerk advertise for soaled bids for the constniction of said culvert on Felch-st. across mili ereek, which motion prevadled as follows. Yeaa - Keech, and Mclntyre. Nays - None. Mr, John Maynard asked to have the privilege oï cutting down two maple. shade trees in front of property of Mr. John W. Maynard, of North División stréet, aa h bad intended to open Catherine street east to División stjreet. Referred to Mr. Mclntyre. The Board then adjourncd.
