Miss Louise Bayard, the fourth daughter of ex-Secretary of State T. F. Bayard, of Wilmington, Del., will be married to Dr. Frank Angelí of New York, on.Monday, Dec. 21. Dr. Angelí is one of the most brilliant of the young Americans who won honors in the Germán universilies this year. He obtained the degree of Ph.D. at Leipsig,with the highest distinction in the department of physiological psychology. He was formerly conftected with the faculty of the Washington High School. Dr. Angelí is the son of Charles Angelí, a prominent business man of New York, and is a nephew of President Angelí. Miss Bayard, who is the next to the youngest daughter of Mr. Bayard, was one of the most popular young wonen in the brilliant circle of official life in Washington during her father's long residence there as United States senator and Secretary of State.
