Washington, Jan. (i.- A bilí to amend the dependent pension law passed by the last congress was introduced in the senate by Manderson. It pro vides that in cuse a minor child of a pensionar is insune or idiotie the pension shall begin regardlets of fche age of the ohild at the parenti' death or re-ruarriage, and shall continue during the life ot the child or during tha period of disability.
