UKS MOINES, Jan. 2.- Governor Boies is eonfined to his room vith the grip. He has not been well for several days, anil was at last compelled to take his room. The first intimation the public had of his condition was Wednesday night, wlien he was to have received the members of the state teachei-s' assoeiation, but found it impossible t be present.
