Omaha, Jan. 5.- The jury n the caae of The Republican Printing company against the Northwestern Associated Press rendered a verdict for $802 for tbe plaintiff. The suit was for damages againut the Associated Press for having declared Th Republican's franchise forfeited beoause of lts neglect to keep its dues paid up when the paper temporarily suspended.
