At a sosaion of tho Probate Court. for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the ninth day of May. in the year one thousand eitrbt hundrod and ninoty-two. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Jxidge of ProIn the matter of the eatate of Elizabeth E. Royer. deceased. On readlng and flling tho petltion, duly vertfled, of Edward D. Kinne, executor. and Carne K. Craig, praying that he, the said eiecutor, nmy be licenaed to sell the Keal Katate whereof said deeeased diod aeized for the purpose of distrlbutlon. Thereupon it is ordered that Tuesday, the seventh day of June next at 10 o olook in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs at law of aakl deceased. and all other pereons interested la said estáte, are required to appear at a aesaion of said Court, then to be holden at tho Probato Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show oau6e, it any there be, why tho prayor of Übe petitioner should not be granted. In pnrsuance and by virtue of a decree of the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw in Chancery, State of Michigan, made and dated on the '$d day of October, A. D . 1391, in a certaiu cause therein pending, whercin Frederick R. Fronizer is complainant and Stephen C. Merrihew, Condace Merrihew and Frank Davis are defendants. Notice is hereby given that I shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder, at the south front door of the Court House, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said County and State, on the 2oth day of June, A. D. I892, at the hour of two o'clock in the afternoon of said day all that certain piece or parcel of land sitúate in the township of Superior, county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, and described as follows, to-wit: One acre of land sitúate in the north-west corner of the township of Superior, it being on section number six of said township, and being sixteen rods long notth and south, and ten rods in width east and west, in Town Two South Range Seven, East, in the State of Michigan.
