Regular meeting.
Board met and was called to order by Pres. Keech.
Roll called. Full board present.
Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved.
A communication from Prof. W. W. Beman, asking for a grade along the north side of North street, in front of the property of Mrs. May and Prof. W. W. Beman.
On motion the Street Commissioner and City Engineer were ordered to make a grade on East North street, also on East Huron street and Thirteenth street, between Ann and Washington streets.
Mr. Schuh moved that the President and Clerk are hereby ordered to make a contract with Gottlob Schneider for the construction of Hill street culvert.
Yeas--Messrs. Keech, Schuh, and McIntyre.
Mr. Keech moved that permission is hereby given to the Ann Arbor Plank road company to erect a drinking fountain south of the toll gate, at the company's expense.
Yeas--Messrs. Keech, Schuh and McIntyre.
Mr. Schuh moved that the culvert, which Mr. Maynard wishes to construct at the intersection of Catharine street court and Division street, be referred to Mr. McIntyre and Street Commissioner to act with Street Committee.
On motion the Board adjourned.
