I891, in a certain cause therein pending, whercin Frederick R. Fronizer is complainant and Stephen C. Merrihew, Condace Merrihew and Frank Davis are defendants. Notice is hereby given that I shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder, at the south front door of the Court House, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said County and State, on the 20th day of June, A.
